Living Here

Beaumont Quarter is inner-city living at its best. Whether you’re after a chic one-bedroom pad or a more spacious four-bedroom terrace house, there’s a wide variety of homes, each with its own unique appeal.

Across the road is the beautiful tree-lined Victoria Park (with a family-friendly skatepark) and you’ll find a New World supermarket less than 100m down the road. Plus, you’re only a short stroll from the shopping, cafes, restaurants and bars of Ponsonby Road, Wynyard Quarter, City Works Depot and Victoria Park Market.

Just take a look at heartofthecity.co.nz to check out everything going on in the neighbourhood.

Living in the heart of the city also means you can say goodbye to a long commute or you could even consider working from home with ultra-fast fibre broadband available throughout the complex.

You’ll find there’s a friendly sense of community at BQ which residents are keen to protect and maintain. Noise-levels are kept low, especially after 10pm, and there’s respect and consideration for other residents and the common spaces.

The Recreation Centre

One of the historical brick buildings that was once part of the Auckand Gasworks has been beautifully restored to house a gym, heated swimming pool, spa, and sauna.

Onsite management

Live-in, onsite building management makes living at BQ a breeze. The complex, recreation centre and grounds are always well maintained. Everything from security to rubbish collection is taken care of. Even having your courier packages delivered to the manager’s office makes life that little bit easier.

Parking

Virtually all of the homes have their own car park either directly outside or allocated within one of the car park buildings. Additional spaces are often available if needed. There are a number of visitor carparks available on Fisher-Point Drive and Telpher Street, with a generous 3 hour time limit.
